Job Title: Head of R&D Laboratory (Laundry & Home Care) Reports to: Head of R&D Responsibilities: Lead and develop R&D Lab team ensuring high level of expertise and engagement in the team Ensure good level of interaction and cooperation with Quality and Production departments as well as with other R&D teams Manage team’s workload, set priorities, ensure required actions/tasks are performed in time and in full Develop and implement relevant business processes to improve efficiency of R&D Lab operations Ensure R&D Lab has all necessary equipment and it’s being kept in good conditions Ensure team members are trained to use specific equipment and have required safety permissions Ensure proper data and knowledge management Be in close contact with R&D Innovation/Implementation teams to identify new test methods that might be required for any future activities and act accordingly (order new equipment, set methods, train team members, etc.) Requirements: Higher chemical/technical education 5+ years of experience on a similar position (e.g., analytical or microbiological lab manager) preferably in large international FMCG companies English – Intermediate as an advantage Proven track record in managing big teams (10+ people) Experience in setting new chemical/physical test methods Experience with SAP, experience with 1C will be a plus Skilled in setting priorities, stakeholders’ management, with high level customer focus and conflict management capabilities Salary&Benefits: A unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) Mobile phone compensation Lunches Well-being program Corporate transport Medical & life insurance after 3 months Sick leave is compensated by the company Hybrid work model Opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging Extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) Access to products of company and other benefits
