RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain data sources and data warehouse, integrate data in Azure Database; Develop and maintain centralized reporting on Microsoft Power BI platform under assigned area of responsibility; Sales data preliminary validation, processing and standardization; Lead projects aimed at integration and digitalization of the operational data mining, processing, analysis and reporting as well as advance quality and effectiveness of these processes, via relevant innovations and modern technical solutions (infrastructure, platforms and methods) for business operational excellence; Advise business groups on the use of the databases and BI reporting under assigned area of responsibility, develop and manage associated user documentation (instructions, manuals, trainings) to support effective monitoring of key operational metrics; Work closely with global counterparts as well as maintain shared data processing and analysis models to ensure effective transition of market operational reporting within the set scope / framework. EDUCATION AND SKILLS: University degree, preferably in math, IT specialization, or economics; Proficient knowledge of DWH fundamentals and relational analytics (SQL); An excellent command of MS Excel and Power BI (M, DAX); Excellent analytical skills, structured approach, strong attention to details; English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written)
