компания "danone в россии" danone is a global company with an inspiring mission, "bringing health through food to as many people as possible". danone produces incredible products in 4 different areas: dairy, infant nutrition, medical nutrition and waters. our ambition is to become a purpose driven company with a collaborative, agile, open and learning organization where 10 unique talents grow. danone specialized nutrition (nutricia) – a recognized expert in nutritional solutions, designed to positively impact health through food for people who need it most, and at the most critical times of their lives, from preterm infants to old age. all our products are rooted in strong research and scientific basis, are valued buy health professionals and help humans grow, be healthy and enjoy their lives. medical department team works with the medical community directly influences the business, building effective relationships with the medical community. the key to our business success is the trust in our products, that is why the medical department team works in different directions to ensure that the danone specialized nutrition brand and products are associated with quality, proven effectiveness and are well known to the medical community. in this role you will: prepare and execute medical and scientific part of brand support (seminars, trainings, workshops, congresses); establish and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders; patient organizations, clinics, funds, distributors; work with hcp kols as a market access; prepare solid information for tenders (adoption of documentation set, dossiers for local rules and needs); identify new opportunities in medical community for current and new portfolio (based on demographical, epidemiological, statical data), both for baby food and medical food (including rare diseases); prepare scientific materials and presentations (medical promo support plans) for medical representatives (articles, literature reviews, answers to questions about the company’s products asked by both company employees and hcps (based on medical portfolio details); monitor competitors activity; run workshops for medical representatives and local hcp; run and support medical projects (educational, scientific, pr); we are looking for you if you have: higher medical education; at least 2 years of experience in relevant field and pharma industry; strong presentation and organization skills; ability to work with a massive data and analyzing information; english level upper-intermediate or higher (both written and spoken); experience in pediatrics field is an advantage; in danone you will get access to: working for a leading company within the industry; opportunities for professional and career growth, because we are focused on the development of employees; extended social package; extensive opportunities for learning and self-development: online and off-line trainings, access to an electronic library;
