компания "softswiss" security team softswiss security team takes care of igaming services protection, data privacy, and business continuity to ensure that nothing distracts satisfied customers from using our products. we work closely with the it team that develops and supports our services, and together we create genuinely excellent and secure igaming products. role overview the ability of softswiss to continue to operate a fast and effective service is underpinned by the scale and performance of the technology products. we are building a new tier for leadership with the technical team. in this role, you will be immersed in the specifics of business processes and security requirements to support the companychr(39)s growth and presence in multiple regions. you will be responsible for conducting security assessments and audits, developing security policies and risk evaluation processes, and participating in maintaining an awareness program. your skills and experience are: more than two years of experience implementing security compliance programs, experience in achieving and maintaining iso 27001 certifications ability to be analytical and be in technology experience performing information security and risk assessments experience with implementation and reporting of control processes, documentation, and remediation items experience performing or undergoing internal and external audits ability to work in a team, the ability to understand and meticulously implement requirements ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with all levels of management excellent verbal and written communication skills in english (b2 or higher level) be self-motivated, meticulous, and detailed in describing activities be able to manage conflicting priorities in this role, you will: coordinate, prepare and participate in internal and external iso27001 audits serves as a company representative with internal and external stakeholders analysis of compliance requirements in different regions, forming a workflow for compliance supervise and assist in correcting problems identified during audits assists in maintaining and continuously monitoring compliance with internal security controls record and resolve identified discrepancies development of internal policies and practices prepare and implement internal risk analysis processes write informational and awareness materials in the format of practical articles work with different teams to convey compliance obligations and requirements what we offer: remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office. it doesn’t matter where you work from, what matters is the result; flexible schedule. it is enough to coordinate time zones and have intersections of working hours with the team; paid 4 sick days and 1 day off per calendar year; sports program compensation; free online english lessons with a native speaker; large payments under the referral program, in which the bonus is received by both the employee who recommends and the candidate who accepts the offer; training, internal workshops, participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
