International FMCG is looking for Finance Business Analyst Reports to Business Analysis Manager Summary statement: The main objective of this role is to provide promo analysis, communicate effectively with local teams, EMEA and corporate colleagues, present results in solid manner and with sound conclusions. Expand similar processes to the event analysis and provide support to business metrics analysis. Price change management process. Responsibilities: Forecast of Promotions, promotion’s tracking and deep monthly analysis of actual results. Promo presentations preparation and communication of results. Collaboration with regional managers in terms of promo analysis to have better understanding of promo efficiency in countries and Russia regions. Countries support in promo process and analysis. Provide promo profitability analysis. Propose ideas to increase incremental volume from promotions. Support in development of more effective promotions. Expand the similar processes for event analysis. Pricing for 12 RSM countries: leading of price inrease process. Technical support in Microstrategy business intelligence. Provide support in business metrics analysis. Elevate BI culture across organization by collaborating closely with other functions by building strong professional relationship. Train other functional teams in terms of numbers/reports/analysis. Ad-hock request. Target for this position is to have variance between forecast and actuals less than 10% Requirements: 2+ years experience in analytical department (marketing, sales) with FMCG or other dynamic and complex sectors Economics, finance or mathematic degree from top Russian or international universities Good knowledge of any Business intelligence software (MicroStrategy, Cognos, etc) English: strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user Forward thinking and strong analytical skills Good communication & presentation skills Stress resistant, able to work in multi task environment Flexible and open to changes, fast learning Structural approach Able to work with big amount of data Conditions: Competative salary + social package Hybrid working mode, office in the city centre Extended communication with regional HQ Only for Moscow and Moscow region based
