Your mission and mindset As a research analyst you’ll work closely with the CEO and the core team to shape the strategic view of the company. You’ll track global trends, monitor funding activity, and dissect competitors to identify, analyse, and present threats and growth opportunities. We’re looking for an open mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and proactive attitude. Primary responsibilities: Perform regular & systematic research on the conversational industry Monitor global trends and identify strategic opportunities Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping Participate in product discovery and user interviews Lead investor communications and assist with BoD updates Requirements: 1-3 years of experience as a research/ strategy analyst in startups/ VC/ PE/ consulting Any work experience that demonstrates the drive, skills and character required to be successful in a demanding, entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment Ability to quickly structure mass amount of information and communicate it effectively Excellent at multitasking Passionate and driven to excel in a startup environment Energetic, self-reliant, & adaptable personality Why us: You’ll become a part of a powerful, results-driven team.
