Travel and Expenses (T&E) Accounting

POSITION PURPOSE Ensure the delivery and execution of Travel and Expenses (T&E) Accounting services as a part of Financial Shared Services Organization. Facilitate and manage communication and issue resolution between our external service provider as well as internal customers (employees). POSITION CONTEXT Global Integrated Services (GIS) is an organization which offers services to all Mylan (Viatris) business units. The goal is to provide scalable, sustainable and streamlined service delivery in the following area of finance: T&E accounting process. Position plays an active role in the implementation of T&E accounting process. Actively contributes to the process improvement and standardization initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end T&E accountant functions including, but not limited to the below areas: Participation in the implementation and further managing of the new T&E process Control of the advance report’s correctness Expenses posting in the accounting systems SAP, Axapta Preparing payment proposals Booking payment lines after payments are performed Manage the vendor master request process Prepare reports and analysis Resolve issues that may arrive in relation to above mentioned processes Acts as single Point Of Contact on T&E area matters for the local finance teams Support finance audit Month-end close process: work with other departments such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables and General Ledger to close open issues from the period and close the accounting period following the company’s closing deadline Provide analytics as requested by Team leader or the local team QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for experienced (min3-5yrs) professionals from the field of T&E accountant Ability to work with data, prepare reports, work with management, and discuss operational / process related matters Russian language skills English language skills will be an advantage Experience of implementing of the T&E process will be an advantage
