Responsibilities: Develop new computational biology algorithms, tools and software for our world leading Spatial Transcriptomics (ST) technology; Process and analyse high volume of the ST dataset to develop the benchmark and evaluation methods of the ST related algorithms and tools; Organise, write, and publish the new research papers related to the new developed algorithms and tools Requirements: 1-3 years algorithms development experience; 1-3 years proficiency with statistics or machine learning methods; Ability to program in Python or R; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong machine learning or stats components; English: Upper-Intermediate; Autonomous; Responsible.
