Job Summary We are looking for talented Scientific Software Developer to join our rapidly growing team supporting the expansion of our highly innovative software Expressionist, a powerful solution that revolutionizes the data processing, analysis, management, and reporting of NGS sequencing data. You will work within a strong, international, and quality-driven agile team that maintains and develops best-in-class scientific software. You will change someonechr(39)s life by understanding their problem and creating solutions that work, you will save someonechr(39)s day by fixing a bug, you will avoid trouble by heavily testing our software, and you will take your fellow developers to the next level by leveraging the collaborative environment where you will give and take. Responsibilities: Development of automated containerized bioinformatics data analysis platform for high performance Clusters; Development of database for the storage and management of NGS data; Collaborate with scientists to prototype and implement finalized innovative solutions; Enjoy working on high-impact customer development projects; Contribute to a good team spirit and share your knowledge; Requirements: BSc, MSc or PhD in bioinformatics, computer science or related fields; Experienced in any of the following language: Java/ C; Passionate about programming, with solid programming skills and data structure and algorithm skills; Good communication and presentation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate); Experience in NGS data analysis, FPGA and GPU hardware accelerators is a plus; Experience in PHP/GO/Python is a plus; Interest to work in a challenging interdisciplinary bioinformatics field; Starting date - As soon as possible.
