Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for organized and people-oriented NIGHT AUDITOR Our night auditor will be responsible for: proceed the night audit procedure; responsible for the payment of all bills during the night shifts ; welcome guests in the evening and during the night ; responsible for the close of operations for the day ; compile daily reports (revenue, statistics, credit limit, outstanding balance, profile filling control, rate check, and room reconciliation) and submit them to the Management; reviewing all audits and reconciliation of daily sales transactions of front office and all outlets, balancing all cash registers and reporting discrepancies to Night Manager ; Our night auditor obtains the following qualifications: demonstrates ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company; has strong problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities; is proficient in the use of PC, well acquainted with Internet resources; has good writing skills; is energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on the details; is able to work under pressure in multitasking environment and meet the deadlines with a minimum supervision; must: English, experience on the position of night auditor, night supervisor, receptionist What we offer instead: great team and unique experience; competitive salary; trainings and workshops in the related area according to areas of development; the opportunity to develop in a rapidly growing international company – AccorHotels.
