Enterprise Sales Manager (Enterprise Account Manager)

Responsibilities: Identifying and developing new enterprise account to help the business to gain greater market share; Building and maintaining effective good relationships and a high level of satisfaction with direct decision makers of clients; Accomplishing sales and margin target by selling telecom and IT products and services such as IPLC, MPLS VPN, Internet, Colocation, Cloud and IT integrated solutions etc. in Russia and other regions assigned; Analyzing sales figures, undertaking market research, preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities; Working closely with other internal senior staffs and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude sales projects by following sales policies, practices and procedures; Involving in the development of new products and services for satisfying demand from clients, keeping up to date products and high standard level of services; Be responsible for all relevant issues within the Account Manager Function such as Control of accounts receivable, Master Service Agreement and Order form processing; Fulfilling all working targets set by line manager and report to line manager periodically. Requirements: Bachelorchr(39)s degree or above, Telecommunication/IT related subjects preferred; Minimum 2 years of sales in Telecommunication/IT industry, ideally focusing on enterprise business; Knowledge of Telecommunication/IT products and services; Responsible, excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure; Excellent communication and people skills; English or Chinese in reading, speaking, listening and writing.
