Author Supervision Engineer Electrical (HVAC)

Tecnimont is responsible for the implementation of Utilities, Infrastructure & Offsite Facilities for one of the three packages of the Amurski Gas Processing Plant Project, in the Amur region, located in East Russia. Author Supervision Engineer Electrical (HVAC) ensures that the construction and installation works meet the approved design. Works closely with the Client representatives, other Contractors and Subcontractors. Responsibilities: Participation in the development of design and technical documentation; Quality control of Electrical works in HVAC systems; Participation in the inspection of Electrical works in HVAC systems; Random checks of conformity of the construction and installation work documentation and the requirements of construction norms and regulations; Check and control of as-built documentation preparation; Participation in acceptance of exact critical Electrical works during the construction process; Maintains author supervision register on a regular basis; Contractors support in terms of work preparation, performance monitoring, reporting of progress. Qualification: University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent Requirements: Russian speaker; Fluent English; Excellent IT and analytical skills; Good organizational skills and accuracy; Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution; Attention to detail, strong communications and interpersonal skills. Experience: Five (5) years of relevant field experience; EPC experience in the construction of Large/XL Gas processing plants Similar role covered at least in last three projects, of comparable size; Experience working on the Contractor side.
