We are looking for the replacement for Financial Business Partner Responsibilities: Ensure delivery the highest standard of inter-finance and cross-departmental teamwork; Deliver reliable insights to decision-makers improving performance; Contribute to regular planning process: ensure base scenario sustainability, identify risks and opportunities, challenge given assumption, implement gap closing actions; Commercial controlling: ensure efficient spending, ROI maximization, regular brand profitability analysis (incl. brand PL preparation), suggestions on improvements, commercial investments budget control; Support and validate business cases: gap closing initiatives, business development, projects; Lead scenario and strategy financial planning: (1) provide expert finance estimation and (2) manage bottom up inputs from different functions, building assumption based financial models, sustainability assessment; Financial slides preparation for the set of stakeholders incl. management team and Headquarter: build story line, highlight key messages, align to corporate guidelines; Continuously strengthen commercial team finance acumen: sharing of knowledge and guidance on profitability. Requirements: 3+ years within FP&A function in multinational corporations. Pharmaceutical/ FMCG industry will be as advantage; Economics/ Finance degree; CMA/ACCA (or similar finance qualification) will be an advantage Upper - Intermediate English level; Excel analytical skills, including deep knowledge and understanding of corporate finance rules/policies, financial modelling and analysis principles, compliance framework; Knowledge of key and fundamental IFRS/US GAAP principles; Ability to visualize and address the root cause of opportunities and issues; Strong in communicating framing including presentations, interactions with different stakeholders, proactive in information sharing; Flexible and proactive approach to work with ability to cope in a high-pressure environment with multiple requests to be handled to tight deadlines.
