компания "мон’дэлис русь" my rewards team lead for ru/tr/ea will be responsible for delivering c&b outcomes for the area, supporting the regional my rewards lead as required. you will manage c&b related hr processes and activities, ideally with cross-border experience. main responsibilities: manage c&b related hr processes. responsible for completion of salary surveys. you will also oversee the salary range setting process. market data analysis. leads year end compensation cycle for the countries in scope acting as main key contact point for the regional and global teams. ensure high quality and smooth and timely execution. provide high level of expertise and consultancy on non-standard cases and exceptions. leads job evaluation process in eastern europe (hay). supports rewards centre of excellence in policy design review. c&b policy implementation. supports annual budgeting process by providing people cost data. manages team of my rewards advisors with a high focus on team development - increase c&b capabilities, manage functional meetings. ensure high effective team collaboration in a remote set up. candidate requirements: min 5-7 years of professional hr experience in international company broad and deep knowledge in all human resources matters, especially in compensation & benefits. this includes other areas such as broader hr administration. in-depth understanding of financial and quantitative techniques and of their application to key business processes. strong experience in a managerial position in an hr field. shared service background is vital. knowledge of local labour legislation in ee countries is considered a serious advantage. university degree. knowledge of processes and ways of working cross border is important. excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, and relationship building skills. analytical, presentation, and project management skills. excellent pc literacy (word, excel, powerpoint). remote management experience. english advanced, advanced russian is a must, additional european language(s) of benefit.
