компания "kpmg" who we are kept is an audit and advisory firm that was previously part of kpmgchr(39)s international network but formally left it on 8 june 2022. we audit financial statements, provide performance improvement and risk management services, help deal with tax and legal issues, provide transaction services and advise on business restructuring and raising financing. kept has an extensive technology practice that helps clients become more efficient with digital products and solutions. we have been working in russia for more than 30 years and we have been rated the no. 1 audit firm in russia since 2009*. currently we have 12 offices in largest cities of russia and belarus employing together over 4,000 people. * raex (expert rating agency), largest audit organizations, 2009–2020 what we do strategy & operations group in moscow is dynamically growing practice that provides wide range of strategic advisory services to leading companies in different industries of russian and cis economies and helps companies improve their operations. we team up with our clients to focus on their key success factors, identify the cost drivers for the company and aim to bring significant cost savings from implementing more efficient operating models. given our strong prospects for continued growth and success, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team and grow with us, in order to meet the needs of our expanding client base. responsibilities key team member on complex assignments in business processes optimization projects: strategy review and development, market assessment, products development manage operational performance and transformation projects define cost saving opportunities across supporting functions (it-systems modification, organizational changes etc..) strategize, design, establish a shared services operating model: business-processes design and optimization organization and service model design and optimization advice on suitable back-office operating model preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring to fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: higher education (degree preferably in business, economics, mathematics) at least 3 years of professional experience, including management consulting (big4/ other proven international consultancies) and industry experience in an international company/ large russian corporation good organizational and teamwork skills fluent english strong analytical skills flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask ability to go on short-term business trips we offer: comprehensive remuneration package transparent path of career growth a wide range of training and development programs opportunities for further development of professional skills through participation in diverse projects with international focus
