Marketing Coordinator

компания "manpower" responsibilities: as marcom coordinator for eastern europe and central asia, you will define the local marcom strategies based on business directions, coordinate their implementation with support from the central digital marketing team, local agencies and suppliers and report on their performance. you are part of the emea marcom team and coordinate strategy and activities for your territories on a daily basis with the country manager and sales team. requirements: kazakh/russian (verbal & written) english (verbal & written) offline marketing: full responsibility for organizational aspects of events, conferences and trade shows, such as logistics, invitation lists, promotion, execution and booth duty on d-day. define report and follow up on the eventchr(39)s performance kpis. maintain collateral (marketing & product) materials, ensuring all resources are updated and accurate; coordinate the creation of new materials as needed. manage independently clients’ communication: database extract, messaging, design. you develop localized (design & content) communication material to structure the marketing automation strategy, social media and digital strategy. ensure brand consistency across all marcom activities launched in countries following ets’ branding guidelines. digital marketing coordinate the launch of digital paid campaigns: define objectives /targets/ timelines in alignment with the business team; coordinate the implementation with support of the local agency & the central digital marketing team. work closely with central marketing & social media experts and in collaboration with local agencies you stablish our digital presence through social media and paid channels. deliver the right content strategy to reach brand awareness and lead generationchr(39)s objectives. have full ownership of the website. manage the cms and ensure the content is aligned with seo guidelines. you ensure the websitechr(39)s content is regularly updated and maintains consistency with the rest of the marcom plan and business directions. conditions: fix salary, annual bonus as soon as possible please apply and send your cv in english explaining your experience and motivation for applying for this position: only selected candidates will be contacted.
