Обязанности: Create, build, configure, edit, proof read, update, publish, and distribute FAQ articles, components, and web-pages across all digital platforms, including social media (in RU, KZ and/or UZ languages) Follow publishing schedule Utilize HTML5/CSS knowledge and experience to align with brand guidelines while ensuring proper web standards such as cross browser compatibility Based on performance indicators, proactively review and revise site content and design to increase usability Analyze customer journey map to identify improvement areas and enrich user experience through tailoring of content across the companychr(39)s website and mobile application Work on increasing of help content self-resolution ratio SEO promotion of articles, improvement of search results Collaborate with Design, Programming, Promotions and Sales to turn on-air campaigns into dynamic Web destinations Prepare reports for the other departments and management Требования: Literacy, “infostyle” Basic understanding about websites and SEO Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, experience in responsive layout Understanding of the basic principles of UI / UX Photoshop or another graphics editor with support of layers – basic level Ability to report by using Word, Power Point Analysis skill with Excel English – basic level Secondary education or above Knowledge of Kazakh and/or Uzbek languages will be an advantage Условия: Official employment from the first day VHI, corporate discounts after the trial period Salary + semi-annual bonuses Meals compensation
