Administration Assistant to General Manager

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to General Manager to join our growing team in our Moscow Office. Under the supervision and direction of General Manager, the Administration Assistant of General Manager will help ensure interdepartmental coordination, cooperation, and information flow. Responsibilities Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward, Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate, and address issues and make improvements accordingly, Having communication, management, organization, planning, follow-up, and supervision skills, prone to teamwork, Strong leadership skills, disciplined in personnel management and follow-up, Able to adapt to flexible working hours, Native Russian speaker who can be able to use English actively is a must High Translation skills between Russian and English languages is a must, preferably having experience of simulate translation. Understanding and awareness of the CEOchr(39)s needs and priorities to ensure daily operations run smoothly Organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar Arranging travel and accommodations Performing additional duties as assigned by the CEO Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in business preferred; or 5 yearschr(39) experience in similar position. Proficient leadership skills and the ability to work independently required. Daily translation process for Russian- English, office management, marketing, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations or a combination of business and employee development skills.
