Main Responsibilities: Comply fully with local, international, and internal regulations/standards. Promote a compliant business culture. Help ensure the business meets goals for sales volume and margin, product quality, customer service and market development; Take responsibility for sweeteners sales in Russia including the support of designated accounts. Execute the existing sales and marketing strategies within sweetener market Identify the customer needs and deliver the value the company can create Establish and develop long-term customer relationships Manage a diverse foodservice portfolio Negotiate pricing with customers Prepare and arrange the sales contracts Fulfil the personal sales plans Control all sales activities with the existing and potential customers Collect and process orders from the customers, control the orders execution Respond the customer’s requests and claims promptly being available for immediate 24/7 contacts Take the control on payments and control the overdues. Skills: Experience in the food ingredient market segment (B2B) and food technology skills English language skills Working experience at a multinational company is a plus Ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and strong communication skills Market analyses and forecasting Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region Independent and structured work Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure Strong customer focus. Additional Qualifications: Office Moscow. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related discipline. 3-5 years of direct sales experience.
