Axiom excels in providing outstaffing and recruitment services, from hiring to controlling workflow: IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research. Nowadays Axiom has successfully built effective remote command channels and carried out complex IT projects. The company is currently working on creating a SAAS application - Employee life cycle management. The platform is designed to automate and simplify the process of selection, recruiting and onboarding of candidates in various areas, employee management (including offers, contracts, calendar, time monitoring etc.), task management, payroll and more. The right person will be responsible for the customer acquisition for the Axiom app. Responsibilities:- delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients- preparing sales offers, answering customer questions- encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc.- conducting research into the industry – including competitor research- lead generation activities (e.g. cold calls)- potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.- keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes Requirements:- Prior experience within pre-sales- Strong knowledge in IT domain- Strong problem solving and prioritization skills- Strong presentation skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders- NATIVE OR FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST!
