Project Operations Manager

компания "fircroft engineering services limited, kazakhstan" requirements: experience of: operations with rotating equipment operations with boilers and heat exchangers pumpling and hydrotesting operations west kz oilfield management epxerience duties: project operations manager review all contractual commitments made to a client to determine if they are manageable and deliverable – and provide the correct advice to the leadership team. in conjunction with the commercial finance manager you will provide advice and guidance to the business development team in all matters related to delivery of contracts to ensure they are serviceable. you will work closely with the service delivery hub and the compliance team in all matters related to delivery of the contracts to ensure the necessary delivery model and its costs are fully reviewed at the contract stage. client and contract set-up once a contract is signed and agreed you will work closely with the branch manager and commercial finance controller to ensure the associated processes are set up to deliver against the contract. this will include all ongoing changes to the terms. responsible for identifying, clarifying and communicating contractual requirements to all relevant departments, including, but not limited to: regional leadership team, compliance, (where necessary) accounts, sales, service etc. directing on the set-up of kpis to be monitored for new clients/ contracts sign off against all work instructions and driving the relevant training and communications such that the business is fully aware of client expectations and can service the contract compliantly setting and regularly reporting kpi outputs against all key client’s deliverables, highlighting to the relevant department and department head any failures to achieve expected levels and ‘best practice’ performance designing/implementing and monitoring key kpi’s and reports which reflect the key contractual commitments tco project, rotation 28/28 on tengiz oilfield salary: 1.8 mln net per rotation
