компания "air energi caspian llp trading as airswift" description: could provide technical and coordinative help for maintenance organization provides correct execution of excavation works with compliance to safety requirements controls correct execution of works on installation and repair works of underground and aboveground utilities which are related to fire and technical water, oil pipelines and drains organizes and controls cleaning of plant area and off-plots, field. provides grass cutting and safe conditions for transportation and foot-passenger during winter time. participates in contractors’ chesm review on behalf of maintenance department. participates in project group meetings on behalf of maintenance department to address industrial issues. conducts bids among contractors for all types of mainteinace works. participates in addressing des and other regulatory authority citations together with prod ops representatives. ensures all equipment that belongs to contractors and maintenance group are ready and available for upcoming work per the schedule including lifting and rigging equipment certifications coordinates associated department work for sp and during turnaround work as required responsible for providing required equipment and consumables for execution of works by contractors. ensures continuous distribution of information to contractor about changes in safety requirements and instructions, and about incidents that could have been prevented. 3.5 regularly participates in contractors’ safety meetings, recognizes and awards workers’ safe behaviours. actively participates in bbs program. actively participates in level 1 msw audits. monitors and tracks contractors driving statistics and ensures continuous improvement of safe driving skills. immediately reports to maintenance management about any incidents related to production operations or hes/safety. controls availability and validity of safety certificates and professional qualification of employees. participates in all events in order to improve labor safety. helps in resolution of emergency and crisis situations. in case of gas hazards or process failures, takes responsibility as sip owner if ert sip responsible person is not available performs functions of maintenance supervisor and other coordinators during their absence. supervises pmp processes and “soaring eagle” if required; in addition, organizes works on coaching. responsible for effective planning, coordination and cooperation with other groups. participates in work planning process in order to optimize resources usage, spare part consumption and stock reserve level. provides accurate entry of archival data on equipment repair into cmms. provides execution of root cause analysis in cases of equipment failure in order to determine and eliminate root causes. requirements: higher technical education not less than 5 years at similar position confident user of microsoft office (excel, word, visio, access), ariba bayer, jde e1 location: tengiz 28/28
