компания "атыраутехинвест" scrum master requirements the scrum master is the team role responsible for ensuring the team adopts agile principles, and follows the processes and practices associated with agile development within the safe framework. scrum master is responsible for organizing scrum ceremonies, communicating with product owners and key stakeholders, managing overall scope, schedule, cost, quality, and goals of the team. responsible for setting and monitoring kpi’s and reporting to product line management and leadership when requested. skills bachelors or master degree in a digital sector 5 year (preferable) experience as a scrum master within solution development team combined experience in project management approach (waterfall and agile) fully aware of agile practices, ceremonies, and techniques confident communicator who can deliver and present to all management levels high level of problem solving and time-management skills high level of stakeholder management skills knowledge of oil and gas sector, with an emphasis on production operations knowledge of azure dev ops, ms teams and other ms tools recognized certification in project management domain (agile or waterfall) experience with operations (mining, automation, energy) is plus english and russian required in advanced level schedule 5/2 remotely with ocassional business trips to atyrau for 3-5 days per quater, full time 09:00 till 18:00 by atyrau local time
