компания "втб капитал" the position: a senior project manager/business manager is a crucial role for the corporate investment business, who will be responsible for effective implementation and facilitation of various strategy, change management and business execution issues as well as cross-business, multi-entity initiatives implementation. principal accountabilities: (80%) strong focus on a wide range of cross-business change management activities covering a number of legal entities, including but not limited to new business and new products set up, both rolling out existing business lines in new locations/entities, as well as setting up new businesses from scratch; leading/supervising it change management initiatives on behalf of the business; be the center of expertise and a go-to person for the business-wide project portfolio and methodology. manage a “book of work” relating to initiatives of particular interest to the global head of fixed income trading, e.g. regulatory driven initiatives implementation, tactical changes implementation; business processes analysis and optimization. execute group-wide product strategy for particular business line. this concerns a banking entity and a number of non-banking vehicles (a broker/dealer entity). (10%) principal business management activities: provide dedicated support to the relevant sales and trading staff on a wide range of business management activities: support the delivery of “business as usual” tasks and short-term projects to ensure successful business execution across all supported and peer businesses; ensuring that a robust control and governance framework is in place, the internal procedures are satisfied and external regulations are adhered to at all times; development of strategy and business planning documents supporting the development and growth of the client facing businesses. this includes preparing the consolidated business plan and budget for the fixed income sales and trading teams; analyzing the cost sources and structure of the fixed income units; preparing management reports and presentations; participating in the cost allocation and control process; verification of reporting data; (10%) communication & governance ensure efficient and timely communication between peer businesses in order to optimize revenue sharing agreements work closely with business support, it, compliance, legal and other peer teams to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the business ensure that business heads fully understand and accept the allocation of costs to their business lines maintain strong control culture, act as a center of expertise for all operational risk and internal audit related matters key competencies & qualifications: the successful candidate is expected to have a university degree by one of the leading russian or international universities; to have at least 10 years of experience in a role with financial markets exposure, project manager role with deep knowledge of banking and/or investment business or project management role in corporate investment business in major russian or international banks; to be in possession of broad range knowledge in investment banking (principal trading, brokerage), securities and derivatives markets as well as fx & mm instruments understanding. prior exposure to banking and/or securities operations domains would be an advantage. to have worked in or been involved in projects in corporate investment banking domain from banking products perspective – fx, deposits, payments and money transfers, custody etc. to speak excellent russian & be fluent in english. the role requires ability to create, negotiate, approve and updаtеstructured documentation like business processes flow documents, new products and business initiatives description etc. a successful candidate is expected to have developed, supported and maintained a range of project management tools & techniques aimed at effective support of projects execution and reporting – policies and procedures, dashboards, reporting tools etc. typical decisions taken by job holder business manager is going to make decisions related to the strategic vision, scope, time lines, budget and other key metrics related to the most significant projects of the investment business. he/ she is expected to make day-to-day managerial decisions along the execution process within the guidelines set by his/her supervisors. elaborate and push through solutions based on high-level business initiative description. building strong cross-functional project teams based on functional reporting lines. benefit package official employment competitive salary professional training and development voluntary medical insurance for employee and their family members, life and health insurance$ ability to build your career in the leading russian investment company.
