компания "втб капитал" the position: the jobholder is a part of human resources team, reporting directly to the hrd cib. hr business partner interacts with the assigned client groups to facilitate implementation of the hr processes and products. serves as the relationship manager between the clients and hr centers of expertise in order to provide the best possible support. principal responsibilities: hr business partner manages business partnership relationship with the clients and provides non-stop service to clients regarding all hr issues: establish working relationships with line managers and employees to effectively resolve employee relation issues; counsel managers on employment practices, employment law, etc. consult with the legal department if necessary; execute staffing plans with line managers and recruiters. participate in recruiting and selection process; ensure timely and accurate handling of all administrative processes including hires, transfers, salary actions, terminations, etc. improve workflows to maximize productivity; maintain accurate headcount and compensation budget statistics; advise managers on compensation issues. work in conjunction with compensation & benefits (job matching, benchmarking); administer performance evaluation process in conjunction with learning & development; counsel employees in relation to career development and/or transfers when appropriate; ensure the outsource providers’ necessary actions are taken in time; design and generate necessary reports and present analyzed data; special projects as they arise. key competencies & qualifications: university degree; strong previous at least 7+ generalist hr experience track records; able to multi-task, prioritize and establish deadlines to ensure that customer needs are consistently met; able to exercise solid judgment under pressure and handle multiple clients; flexible, work well in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; able to contribute individually and as a member of the team; excellent communication skills, both oral and written; excellent follow up, organization and time management skills; proactive consultative approach to deal effectively with senior clients; excellent problem solving skills/ analytical ability and attention to detail; result – oriented; strong pc skills with excellent working knowledge of excel, hr systems to run hr-connected necessary reports. conditions: official employment competitive salary professional training and development voluntary medical insurance for employee and their family members, life and health insurance, banking products on attractive terms sport and corporate events ability to build your career in the leading russian bank
