компания "втб капитал" the role is a senior member of global commodities team who will be responsible for the development and execution of our logistics operations in trading business – mainly internal russian & cis markets, with optionality of export trading principal accountabilities manage physical commodity purchase and sale agreements (incl. drafting and issuance) responsible for all required scheduling of each transaction working directly with commodity physical trader and respective head of desk vessel nominations to include vessel-vetting clearances, issuing of load/discharge instructions, inspection appointments, and voyage orders experience in customs clearance, interaction with customs brokers and tax authorities resolve logistical and shipping issues in an efficient and cost effective manner insurance declarations and dealing with insurance claims analyzing and issuance of demurrage claims and the management thereafter communicate and manage instructions to service provider companies, suppliers, etc. where required to negotiate service agreements and review and agree service agreements issue or review documentary / stand-by letters of credit present documents under documentary letters of credit ensure payments are received and made against documents, timely and accurately and proceed with subsequent cargo release instructions when needed data entry into various respective systems play an integral part to all new deal transactions in terms of providing operational experience that is required to execute new transactions, which includes reviewing of legal documentation, understanding and planning logistical requirements understand and adhere to pre-/post-payment, inventory facility agreements where required completion of daily internal reports to operate any workload with surveyors and laboratories candidate requirements: 3+ years operations experience in dry bulk, with previous experience at trading houses, producers or consumers excellent operational risk management and communication skills entrepreneurial and execution focused mind-set attention to detail, accuracy and well organized capable of managing relationships within vtb group and external client relationships in order to foster a collaborative and deal focused culture foster a collaborative and client focused environment fluent in written and spoken english and russian
