компания "втб капитал" general purposes: further development and maintenance of compliance control function covering the following risk areas: insider trading and market manipulation corporate conflicts of interest and informational barriers personal conflicts of interest including outside business positions ethical standards, bribery and corruption, personal account dealing the position assumes providing a compliance support to a wide range of companies within the cib part of vtb group to ensure adherence of the internal processes and procedures to the local compliance requirements and best compliance practices. functions: identification of the regulatory (compliance) risks and implementation of the risk management procedures control adherence of the business activities and employees behavior to the regulatory and internal requirements intended for: - compliance with the corporate business principles and code of ethics - counteraction to misuse of the inside information and insider dealing - control the confidential information flow - anti-bribery and corruption - identification, prevention and mitigation of the company’s, partners and personal conflicts of interests; new products and accompanied documents review internal procedures development and update regulatory and management reporting coordination of compliance teams within the designated vtb group perimeter employees consulting on any raised questions within the area of responsibility increasing the staff awareness of compliance requirements, procedures and mitigative measures by delivering regular trainings and knowledge testing within the area of responsibility key competencies & qualifications higher education knowledge of the international and russian legislation on financial markets practical experience (3 years and more) in compliance or aml function within a financial institution upper-intermediate skills in english demonstrate risk weighted and proactive approach self-motivated and hard-worker; good communicational skills good team player
