компания "втб капитал" this role reports into the head of networks and voice with global responsibilities to lead the network and voice operations service. this position will manage a team of operational engineers. principal responsibilities line management of network and voice operations team globally, ensuring their adherence and integration to corporate standards procedures and culture. ensuring global 24x7 support of network and voice management systems, network services using cisco routers and switches, cisco firepower, checkpoint firewalls, riverbed, bluecoat, remote access platforms etc being the first management escalation point for network and voice issues managing the execution of all network and voice operational projects, bcp exercises and office power downs in all global locations. ensuring that the networks and voice global inventory is kept up to date at all times. reviewing and approving from an operational perspective new engineering standards from the network engineering and projects team. conducting operational acceptance of network and voice projects from the engineering team. ensuring strict adherence in the team to the change management process ensuring the delivery of operational excellence and proactive support timely generation of operational reports on capacity, risks, incidents etc, maintenance of support documentation vendor management to ensure excellent service received from partners ensuring adherence to standards across the global network with a view to ensuring (near) zero audit points against the global network and also delivering periodic self-audits managing implementation work for bau and project changes, both physical and soft configuration providing management reports to the head of the function overall budgetary control for networks and voice operations aspects (both rtb and ctb) contract reviewing, consolidation, renegotiation and co-terming key competencies & qualifications essential and required skills experience to manage a team of more than 7 people itil knowledge and experience cisco routing and switching skills to ccie level or equivalent years of experience. operational and design experience of: good knowledge in cisco campus network technologies with practical experience of implementation good knowledge in cisco datacentre networks including cisco aci and cisco evpn technologies with practical experience of implementation good knowledge in advanced routing and switching (bgp, ospf, eigrp, etc.) with practical experience of implementation good knowledge in qos with practical experience of implementation good knowledge in cisco security solutions including firewalls, vpn (s2s and ra) and network infrastructure security features with practical experience of implementation good of working with symantec web proxies, checkpoint firewalls, citrix netscaler load-balancers, riverbed wan optimisers, pulse secure remote access gateways /cisco anyconnect solution experience of working with monitoring systems providers based technologies (mpls, vpls etc) nfv, sdn, sd-wan experience with: risk and incident assessment/management and change control working as part of a 24/7 global team and organization excellent documentation skills ability to work well under pressure a team player with energy and a desire to learn and progress in a fast moving, demanding environment exposure and understanding of the different types of business/finance applications used in an investment bank technology lifecycle management of the voice infrastructure including software/ hardware upgrades and also voice system transformation projects highly desirable skills & certifications good understanding of windows/linux, ad, ldap, storage, backup and other it infrastructure related services automation skills - python, rest, netbox, ansible, bash, git benefit package official employment 50/50 remote and office type of work competitive salary professional training and development voluntary medical insurance for employee and their family members, life and health insurance sport and corporate events ability to build your career in the leading russian investment company
