компания "колгейт-палмолив (казахстан )" main responsibilities: 1. reports building - supporting category management country-wide; - create daily, weekly and monthly standard sales reports and charts in the format specified by management on ims, kpi, erc, coverage plans; - sales statistics / business results tracking and reporting; - competitor information & monitoring; - pricing analysis & monitoring; - support business processes – on-going reports to managerupon the request; - coordination of events, processing payment etc. 2. roi development - promotion/tpr analysis; - regular roi calculation to assess effectiveness. 3. sales system - availability to prepare visualized / automated reports trough current sales system; - support of existing analytical databases in terms of agreed policies concerning database checking and validation; - search and eliminate data mistakes; - support distributors’ key users – control regular data validation, consult on system operation and guide in developing possible solutions in cases of system failures. 4. data management - basic knowledge in sql, python; - fostering innovations: building new process trough automation of business planning process. required qualifications / experience: - experience on analytical position in fmcg (2-3 years); - experienced excel, power point user; - english (upper-intermediate); - higher education (economics, statistics, mathematical modeling); - experience in support function is preferable; - experience in programming sql, python is preferable. the company offers: outsourcing position; opportunity for professional growth; competitive salary; friendly working environment.
