JavaScript Engineer for Command Line Autocomplete

JS Engineer for Command Line Autocomplete Termius arms teams of sysadmins and DevOps with a powerful command-line tool for managing diverse computer systems from anywhere productively and securely. It organizes infrastructure knowledge and helps to troubleshoot incidents to reduce costly downtime quickly. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who would complement our core team and would primarily focus on developing Terminal Autocomplete. We aim to provide a great autocomplete UX and innovate in this area so if you are passionate about making a day-to-day work of millions of engineers more productive then go and join us! Your work will include: - Developing the terminal autocomplete in Termius Desktop app - Participation in the entire application development lifecycle - Collaboration between different departments: design, dev, QA, across multiple timezones. - Integration of third-party services - Communication with our users to troubleshoot and resolve issues they face Requirements: - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 - Experience with ReactJS, Redux, Redux-Saga - Experience with TypeScript - Experience with TDD (Jest) - Good English skills: all the docs and most of the communication are in English - Willingness to learn Optional but welcomed skills: - Electron, NodeJS, Webpack - WebAssembly - IndexedDB - SSH protocol and Network Engineering - AWS - CI / CD pipeline - Knowledge of MaterialUI framework of at least another one (Bootstrap, Foundation, other) What do we offer - A full-time salaried position that includes equity - We provide remote employees with the equipment they need to create a productive remote work environment - Option to relocate to Auckland, New Zealand - A culture that encourages proactiveness, a fail-fast-learn-fast approach, and a sense of ownership
