Operations Specialist

Role description: — Account management and contract handling with new and active partners in various jurisdictions; — Maintaining constant communication with the international expansion team and the subcontractors to ensure proper operations of the company, including legal and accounting aspects; — Issuing invoices; — Bank statement reconciliation; — Communication with international partners; — Preparing basic analytics reports; — Managing integrations with third-party services; — Maintaining organisational control of international operations; — Direct reporting to COO; — Business communication in English. Hard and soft skills required: — Proactive, with high standards of business ethics, friendly; — Proven success in an operations management role; — Startup mindset and a can-do attitude; — Able to read and understand legal documents; — Understanding the basics of accounting would be a plus; — Knowledge of SQL would be a plus; — Fluent in English (written and spoken — C1+); — Other languages would be a plus.
