Be part of us Integral to our business operations, we support the front line/onsite technicians, those who provide continuous service and additional expertise whenever needed. As a Support Agent, you will be an essential nexus between the client, Service Delivery Managers, and technicians ensuring that the right engineers are assigned and the client is able to keep abreast about progress. The key is to react fast with strong attention to detail. Your Tasks Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Technicians; Assign tickets to technicians via Client’s/our tools; Monitor ticket health with progress and SLA tools; Schedule and update appointments; Contact users via phone/email; Follow-up with technicians on open tickets; Clarify details on shortly reported tickets; Cooperate with other project teams and departments across the world. Our Requirements Fluent level of German (C1 and more), English and Russian; Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel); Good communication skills — tactful, attentive, and personable; Quick and efficient problem-solving ability; Good analytical skills. Would be a plus: experience in customer care.
