English teacher for kids

The Federal chain of bilingual kindergartens is looking for a perfect English teacher for kids. We are the biggest chain of bilingual kidergardens in Russia and for now we have 90 working kindergardens in Moscow and many other regions of Russia. All our new teachers study how to use communicative language teaching and develop soft skills (we have classes and web-classes where you can learn different aspects of our methodology). We make your work easier: for every lesson we have detailed curruculum with concrete exercises. Responsibilities: - to engage in play with children to create an immersive environment providing greater language exposure for children; - to provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times; - conducting classes with kids based on our fully prepared and professional bilingual program(with an assistant). - assessing the students’ progress; - provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior; - inform parents about their children’s performance; - manage classroom crises and resolve conflict; - support during preparations for school events and celebrations. - to develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their childchr(39)s development Requirements: - experience of teaching kids aged under 6 years old, teaching in groups is more preferable; - at least В2 level of English (clear speech); - love children, know how to communicate with them effectively; We guarantee : - competitive salary and timely payments; - stability of a big company; - opportunity to improve yourself; - 7-15 kids in a group; - assistant works in your group all the time.
