R&D systems lead (Laundry & Home Care)

компания "henkel russia" job title: r&d systems lead (laundry & home care) reports to: head of r&d responsibilities: coordination of development of new it systems and tools required for efficient operation of r&d department implementation of new systems and tools, including validation, testing, and training of r&d team continuous improvement of existing processes, systems, and tools, based on users’ feedback and business needs support of existing systems and tools ensuring stable operation, data availability and usability. act as key user for relevant r&d systems management of r&d-related master data and corresponding tools, ensuring availability for key stakeholders: supply chain, manufacturing, purchasing, etc. development, update, and control of internal and cross-functional procedures for r&d department organization of proper data management for product specifications, technical requirements to products and raw materials, safety data, claims substantiation requirements: higher education (preferably chemical or technical) at least 5 years of experience as engineer, r&d technologist, or at similar roles (preferably in international fmcg businesses or large companies with complex cross-functional processes) english level – intermediate and higher experience in implementation and launch of new data/recipe/specification management systems and tools experience in delivery of user trainings regarding new systems, processes, and tools experience with sap, experience with 1c will be a plus solid project management skills strong analytical skills, advanced pc and office user, good communicator salary&benefits: a unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches well-being program medical & life insurance after 3 months sick leave is compensated by the company hybrid work model extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
