компания "caterpillar" this position will support and manage the execution of transportation flows of caterpillar prime products from the global facilities or port of entries to our dealers and customers in eurasia, coordinate problem resolution with caterpillar facilities and approved service providers with regards to transportation services. key job functions include but not limited to: to ensure caterpillar product is shipped efficiently (cost, velocity, quality) to eurasian dealers and facilities through daily operational management of transportation operations efficiently plan and optimize transport routes and foresee transport capacity for future orders. monitor transportation execution milestones with event and disruption management. update the transportation visibility tool (salesforce based) for all machine flows going into eurasia. develop, measure, track and report performance metrics by using multiple it systems & tools. develop, implement, maintain and updаtеstandard operations procedures and processes with various supply chain partners (ship sources, transport service providers and dealers). have regular touchpoints with cis dealers in order to align with their business/priorities and respond accordingly to their requests for all machine flows going into eurasia. initiate and actively participate in continuous improvement projects using 6 sigma and the lean methodology. requirements: team player with good interpersonal skills necessary to interface with cat dealers, numerous cat supply chain partners (procurement, plants, scheduling & orders, business support, finance rep’s, velocity rep’s, industry rep’s, product groups) and external service providers such as freight forwarders, trucking companies, rail, air providers. the candidate must possess and demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities: analytical solid written & oral communication skills fluent russian and english (written and oral), other languages are an asset the position requires 5 years transportation experience and knowledge of global and cis transportation market; cost drivers, trade imbalances, service coverage and capabilities of carriers, forwarders and service providers. bachelor or master’s degree or equal by experience. problem solver with multitasking skills able to work in a fast-paced environment. compensation & benefits competitive salary hybrid work medical, travel, and life insurance access to caterpillar global training center annual bonus
