thereby eliminating or controlling hazardous conditions resulting from human error, equipment and machine operations. this position requires strong leadership skills and works closely with production plants to provide the proper training and guidance. what you can expect from the role: monitor compliance with legislative and other regulatory legal acts, as well as acts of the employer on occupational health and safety. provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support for all facilities and departments on occupational health and safety issues. organize trainings for personnel to enhance safe working culture. ensure compliance of the integrated management system chr(40)imschr(41) of the company with the requirements of iso 45001 standard and maintain the necessary reporting in the framework of ims activities. ensure compliance with internal coca cola system kore requirements (dupont-like system) related to occupational health and safety. develop and implement internal documentation (policies, standards, procedures, instructions, etc) for the establishment and continuous improvement of safe system of work. prepare internal communication in the field of occupational health and safety in order to increase awareness among employees. plan, monitor, and implement local legal and corporate occupational health and safety programs (behavior based safety, life saving rules, etc.). conduct and act as a single point of contact with the auditors, regulatory agencies during different audits and local inspections. perform hse risk assessment and identify appropriate measures to control risks. manage contractors and visitors at site, ensure the compliance with the requirements and procedures. manage plant’s proactive safety processes along with the reporting of safety performance data. analyze occupational health and safety data to identify trends, weaknesses of the system, and root causes of incidents in order to implement improvement measures. what you bring: minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in industrial safety or health is preferred with at least 3 years’ experience in several positions in a manufacturing environment deep knowledge of local legal hse regulations good knowledge and understanding of iso45001, dupont/kore standards knowledge and expertise in industrial safety good communication skills in russian, kazakh and english (upper-intermediate level) languages ability to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing prioritizing skills proficiency in microsoft excel and power point, ability to create and effectively deliver formal presentations through these programs ability to professionally and effectively solve problems and remain calm in high-stress situations communication skills at a high level in order to clearly communicate issues/problems of the process to all levels nice to have: nebosh or iosh qualifications would be an advantage what we offer: 5 working days career and professional opportunities social package who we are cci is a multinational beverage company which operates in turkey, pakistan, kazakhstan, iraq, uzbekistan, azerbaijan, jordan, turkmenistan, kyrgyzstan, tajikistan and syria. as one of the key bottlers of the coca-cola system, cci produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of the coca-cola company. cci employs close to 10.000 people and has a total of 29 plants in 11 countries, offering a wide range of beverages to a consumer base of 430 million people. ccichr(39)s shares are traded on the istanbul stock exchange (bist) under the symbol "ccola.is” and eurobond is traded in the irish stock exchange, under the symbol "ccolat". wechr(39)re an equal opportunity employer. all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, sex, color, national or social origin, ethnicity, religion, age, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender expression or political opinion.
