Compensation and Benefits Specialist — Talent Department

компания "deloitte, caspian region" your role: by joining our team, you will be taking part in creating and developing compensation packages, carrying out market salary reviews and analysing current compensation and benefits. from the benefit perspective, you will help in the process to create and develop social packages, develop employee well-being programmes as well as employee motivation and support programmes. about the department: we are responsible for the people working for deloitte, planning hiring needs; managing the hiring and selection process, and training staff. we are also responsible for the effective use of our people’s professional potential and their fair compensation. one of our most important tasks is to motivate people, help them adapt to a range of innovations; create a comfortable microclimate, and general a corporate culture of support and mutual assistance within the company. your duties: manage the insurance block (3 types of insurance) and benefits; prepare compensation and benefit analytics and presentations; work with service providers (including in english); develop and upgrade staff motivation systems; manage the monthly payment process (payroll); manage the employee motivation programme; manage the employee well-being programme; take part in the salary revision and bonus process; take part in the budgeting process; take part in the salary survey process. candidate requirements: a higher education in economics/finance; experience in compensation and benefits or employee insurance of over one year; excellent verbal and written skills in english and russian; good computer skills: ms excel — functions (vlookup, if, sumifs etc.) and pivot tables; an analytical mind; attention to detail and precision. what we offer: good remuneration and transparent career and professional development; a comprehensive employee insurance programme; training and development; employee incentive programmes; the ability to work to a flexible schedule and/or remotely.
