Audit Assistant (A3) / Senior Auditor - Audit & Assurance Department

компания "deloitte, caspian region" location: almaty work experience: 3-4 years deloitte is looking for an audit assistant (a3)/senior auditor to join audit department at the almaty office. our audit department not only carries out audits of the financial statements of companies in compliance with local and international standards, but also helps its clients to achieve their business objectives, strengthen risk management and improve transparency. in conducting an external audit of clientschr(39) financial statements and assessing the risk of material misstatement of the financials in order to design effective audit procedures, deloitte holds itself to the standards of independence, professional objectivity, and technical excellence. the role will involve: prepare and plan audit projects in accordance with audit standards and deloitte internal standards collect data on potential clients. prepare data for new client checks and justification for decisions regarding new clients manage audits and analyze audit work performed allocate work in accordance with audit qualification levels to ensure the due performance of an engagement inform managers and partners in due time of audit results. in the event of audit-related issues, make suggestions to resolve them in accordance with deloitte requirements monitor audit-related costs assess audit engagement deliverables in accordance with deloitte policies and procedures, indicating all weaknesses discovered during the work process and making suggestions to improve them. any assessment results should be discussed with auditors and agreed with the engagement manager and the firm’s management help and participate in training, staff recruitment, and internal certifications participate in all obligatory professional development training or training related to changes to audit standards, accounting, internal policies and requirements compile engagement budgets and analyze audit engagement costs requirements: higher education in accounting/finance/economic acca, cpa or similar qualifications and accreditations preferred 3-4 years of external audit work experience (big four preferred) excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, russian (minimum ielts 6.5 or equivalent) strong technical and analytical skills good organizational, delegating and coaching skills ability to supervise several projects simultaneously good team player, quick learner and motivated by professional development and career growth availability for business trips. strong analytical skills and logical thinking with attention to detail; extensive computer skills (excel, word, power point)
