компания "филиал корпорации тетра тек и-эс, инк в республике казахстан" background:tetra tech is a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide. we combine the resources of a global, multibillion-dollar company with local, client-focused delivery in more than 400 locations around the world. we are leading with science® to provide sustainable and resilient solutions for our clients. the united states agency for international development (usaid) power central asia (pca) activity is designed to support the national governments in kazakhstan, the kyrgyz republic, tajikistan, turkmenistan, and uzbekistan to implement energy sector reforms, achieve clean energy goals, promote the generation and integration of renewable energy, and improve energy efficiency. the activity commenced in october 2020 and aims to give the central asian countries the tools, skills, and technologies to develop secure and reliable power systems. by ensuring the stability of national power grids and national power sector liberalization reforms, the activity is enabling and supporting the creation of a regional energy market that allows for smooth cross-border and regional power trade. collectively, these initiatives will lead to increased economic growth and social development in central asia. position summary & job purpose:advise and support management and employees in employee relations, employment law, benefits, policies, procedures, and immigration. responsibilities: advise and support clients on employee relations matters provide guidance to management on the application of kazakhstan and other regional employment laws, employee agreements and policies, often collaborating with external legal support draft and issue the employment agreements, amendments/ updates of employment and hiring documents in coordination with finance and accounting specialist and talent acquisition specialist ensure compliance with various in-country labor laws respond to and investigate claims of ethical, grievance and unlawful concerns establish and maintain positive working relationships with managers and employees research and respond to employees’ inquiries involving benefits and other hr related matters for central asia countries and oversee various benefits plans - including various leave types and medical insurance ensure compliance on recruitment activities collect and manage the employment and hiring documents of all field personnel occasional travel may be required to visit office in nursultan and other countries in the region. manage on boarding process for new hires and deliver new hire orientation in coordination with talent acquisition specialist manage performance review process and professional development ensure compliance with the tt kazakhstan branch office employee handbook through education, enforcement, and constant update collaborate with home office human resources to develop and implement hr policies and procedures, including personnel manual for the project manage disciplinary action process manage employee departure process and ensure compliance with in-country labor laws manage internal communication on hr related topics assist with other hr tasks assigned by chief of party and regional operations director essential ksachr(39)s required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.): bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field five years of human resource management experience proficient in microsoft suite (word, excel, powerpoint etc.) fluency in russian and english excellent written and oral communications skills valued but not required ksachr(39)s: hr certification is highly preferred prior experience working in usaid or other donor funded projects prior experience working with government agencies, industry associations and academic institutions physical demands & work environment: office setting occasional travel may be required to visit office in nursultan and other countries in the region. application deadline: interested candidates are invited to submit their cv and a cover letter of no more than one page detailing their relevant educational background and professional experience to ms. anastasiya kochetkova at the indicated email address no later than december 30, 2022 06:00 pm almaty, kazakhstan time.please indicate vacancy title: hr manager in the email subject lineonly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
