компания "антал бизнес решения (тм antal kazakhstan)" antal is a global recruitment firm that helps clients find highly skilled candidates, from mid to senior in several disciplines across a spectrum of sectors. we provide an advanced recruitment consultancy and talent acquisition services worldwide, partnering with companies of all sizes. currently we are looking for a chief accountant / head of finance for our kazakhstan office. responsibilities as the head of finance you will run the accountancy function for an international service providerchr(39)s subsidiary in kazakhstan reporting to the regional finance manager based in europe and the local gm. as the day to day work you will be responsible for: day to day accounting transactions and processing of documents working with suppliers and clients managing relationship with the bank monthly closing in kaz book keeping monthly reporting to regional finance manager running of the accountancy team close cooperation with the sales team in the office qualifications you have finance education and have worked in the accountancy/finance function not less than 5-7 years ideally you have already worked as chief accountant but a solid number two in the team will also be considered you understand and respect that a service business is a sales business so you will always try to find compliant solutions to their problems you are a strong communicator and hard worker you are interesting in growing the company together with the sales team, part of your compensation will be a sales/profit related bonus intermediate english would be desirable
