компания "публичная компания «freedom finance global plc»" your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to: calculate corporate carbon footprint and ghg emissions (scope1, scope 2, scope 3) preparing non-financial reports (gri, sasb) support esg team on research and strategy recommendations to business across a variety of areas: green finance, esg banking, climate change, supply chain, energy, water, recycling, farming, carbon certification, circular economy, governance, human rights, social impact, philanthropy, diversity, equity, and inclusion. perform deskside research – including media monitoring, trends analysis, partnership audits, benchmarking, competitive analyses, fact-finding, backgrounders, and research on sustainability topics. conducting business modelling on various company esg projects. support multiple account teams with projects development and run. assist in the development of data analyses and written materials, including reports, blogs, internal communications, presentations, assessments, research summaries, and general correspondence. develop and regularly updаtеproject management timelines, partnerships, and conferences lists. support coordination of meetings, agendas, notes, and administrative support for events. analyze industry and marketplace trends and summarize for teams. support multiple account teams with various projects. knowledge, skills and experience: a graduate degree in environmental sciences, environmental economics, and/or equivalent at least more than 1,5 - 2 year of relevant experience within consulting, risk management, strategy, in energy and power and/or other industry sectors with the focus on esg [like sustainability reporting, renewable energy infrastructure, ghg calculations, environmental impact assessment, energy audit, community engagement programs, esg-strategy, green bonds, green obligations, tcfd recommendations, esg rating]; russian – fluent, english – advanced/fluent (both oral and written) advanced pc skills: word, excel, and powerpoint. experience with microsoft teams, project, and other databases/management tools is desired. strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather and interpret information, then formulate recommendations; the ability to analyze data is desired. qualifications: ability to accurately calculate corporate carbon footprints and ghg emissions scope1, scope 2, scope 3 experience with ghg protocol and/or iso 14064 / iso 14067, pacta, pcaf demonstrated experience in one of decarbonisation, transition, resilience, or a related climate change subject matter, such as knowledge of the key frameworks in one or more of those areas (e.g. iso 14064, ghg protocol, tcfd, sbti, etc) have a good understanding or ability to learn common esg reporting frameworks: gri, tcfd, sasb, cdp, msci, iss, sec requirements etc. experience with life cycle assessment (lca) calculation data management and visualization skills soft skills: ability to operate in multitask environment; strong presentation skills (including powerpoint slides structuring and preparation); strong research and analytical skills (advanced excel user and work with big data); business and analytical writing skills (both in russia and in english); highly organized, detail oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills. demonstrated ability to work collaboratively exhibits a strong drive for results
