компания "кульсарыгаз" responsibilities: meeting, accommodation and registration of guests working with the room reservation system working with a cash register, a terminal for bank cards advising guests on emerging issues receiving and distribution of incoming calls and documentation coordination of the internal services of the hotel / hotel control of the condition of rooms before check-in and after check-out of guests working with requests and complaints of guests preparation of summary reports for the shift. requirements: work experience in hospitality 1-3 yrs, guest oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal english, russian and kazakh, knowledge of ms office and opera/ fidelio is preferable,ability to work at night shifts. conditions: atyrau schedule 2/2,night shift
