компания "wabtec corporation, тм (филиал компании «транспортейшн глоубэл эл-эл-си»в республике казахстан)" lead engineer – reliability will own solutions management for the reliability issues for wabtec locomotives fleets. he/she will lead, program manage and execute on solutions development for reliability projects. essential responsibilities lead reliability projects through problem solving process and implementation. collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering & product teams) on driving urgency and proving faster solutions. communicate progress to all levels of the organization, systematically track deck of all reported field reliability issues through various stages till solutions development and delivery. provide leadership to drive, execute and deliver solutions to field reported locomotive reliability issues to meet or exceed fleet reliability, availability goals, cost justifications, validations and approvals. qualifications/requirements bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university or college with 3+ years of engineering experience, master’s degree would be an added advantage. hands-on experience in product issues investigation, root-cause analysis, reliability modeling methods & analysis techniques proven technical expertise in any one of the domains like mechanical, electrical, controls & etc willingness and ability to travel in kazakhstan ~ 30% of the time desired characteristics strong interpersonal and leadership skills strong oral and written communication skills familiarity with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance processes
