Senior Product Manager (Rx)

Our client, pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior product manager Main Responsibilities: Develop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget: Marketing Plan (Annual); Long Range Plan (LRP) (5years); Portfolio PNL, A&P budget compliant and efficient utilization Cooperation at all levels of organization New product Development KOL management of certain nosology at federal and regional level Cycle plans (2x year) Monitor and control the marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve sales objectives Qualifications and Experience: 3 years+ of experience in pharm business (Rx) in leading companies; Experience of solo portfolio management (2+) Experienced in Market Research (briefing the agencies, leading moderator etc) for HCPs and Consumers Financial acumen: understanding P&L indicators Trade & Commercial: close collaboration with Pharmacy chains and Distributors KAMs Intimate knowledge of marketing mix tools and how to apply in marketing; Strong negotiation skills with Opinion Leaders and organizing scientific events 3 years of experience of budgeting and execution in marketing channels Strong project management skills; Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
