R&D Modern Dairy Project Leader

ACCOUNTABILITIES: Conducting projects for the development and launch of Modern Dairy products in accordance with the Technical Stage Gate. Project Management in Accolade; Project team management of representatives of R&D functions and other technicalfunctions; Organization and holding of project meetings. Preparation of the R&D part In the documentation; Implementation of cross-functional interaction with representatives of business functions (marketing, commercialization, finance, etc.); Preparation and coordination of a brief for product development with the functions involved in the project; Preparation and maintenance of the project budget; Organization of the process of tasting prototypes and industrial samples of products in the development process; Control of project stages, ensuring their timely execution and launch of the project on time; Project risk assessment and preparation and Mitigation plan to prevent them. REQUIREMENTS: Higher education – technical or food technology; 5+ years of experience in the Food Industry, preferably in the Dairy Industry; Work experience in Project management. Experience in R&D will be a plus; Fluent English.
