Holy Corn – young FMCG company, the team of the brand of better-for-you category. The company is a leader in the popcorn market and is working with the leading retailers including Magnit, Dixy, X5 Retail Group, Lenta, Metro, Auchan, Ozon, and Wildberries and also exports to international partners. We actively develop corn snacks and beverages category as well. We are looking for someone for our marketing team who is eager to come up with bold ideas, support and develop several partnership initiatives at the same time, work with celebrities, influencers and well - known international companies and brands. We have collaborated with partners including BlackStar, Okko and Likee and have an ambitious pipeline of collaborations with nationally and globally recognized partners. Description of potential duties: Drive the execution of brand retail activation plans by collaborating with the Sales team Communicating with new partners and developing relationships with current partners Evaluating the marketing campaign results and presenting it within the company and clients Implement the strategy development for Russian market with deep expertise on retail dynamics and shopper behavior Provide management team with quarterly brand reviews with further strategic decision making Continuously track and evaluate the performance of your efforts, and if necessary, adapt you actions for the future Develop and implement the social media strategy, set up KPI’s and keep them on track Develop PR strategy for HolyCo brands Cooperation with current marketing team and working with talented coworkers Work in cross functional teams Manage the process of NPD and marketing campaign launches What we are looking for: At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Retail Higher degree in Economics, Marketing or any other related field Proactivity, leadership, organizational and project management skills Results-oriented Ability to manage with multifunctional tasks and learn fast Ability to take initiative and come up with various solutions The desire to conquer the market and make Holy Corn internationally loved What we offer: Fun and ambitious team (ex McKinsey, PepsiCo, Mars, EY, Deloitte, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Yandex) Attractive office in the city center An exciting product and brand that is interesting to develop Opportunities for a further growth in a fast-growing company with global ambitions Full-time Please send your CV to our e-mail with the vacancy in the title, using a codeword "Holycornia" and a short explanation about why you want to work with us.
