компания "westminster international university in tashkent" purpose: to support the formulation and implementation of wiut’s marketing and communications strategy through the design and implementation of market research, competitors’ analysis and analysis of university’s audiences and new projects. the post holder will be responsible to provide intelligence reports and regular analysis to enhance the university’s strategy in terms of promotions, admissions and implementation of new courses and projects. principle accountabilities: to design and implement all phases of a market research study, including: study design, questionnaire development, survey programming (where necessary), fieldwork coordination, analysis, report writing and presentations. to help manage the implementation of the marketing strategy, in particular to be responsible for the framework and systems for market research and the market intelligence systems of the university; to provide market research for the development of new programmes and other initiatives of the university; to provide regular reports on the performance of marketing strategy, recruitment outcomes and an annual analysis of the student recruitment performance; to provide market intelligence to the faculty and the management of the university on the development of courses, programmes, consultancy, etc; to continuously analyse and monitor trends in the area of university education market of uzbekistan and central asia; to help the organisation of master classes for business partners and prospective participants for executive courses; to collaborate with research agencies; to undertake appropriate duties as required and in consultation with the head of marketing and communications department. qualifications first degree in the area of business, economics or a degree which contains a substantial element of analytical related areas or related social science areas from an international university competent in english, russian and uzbek experience evidence of analytical experience, intelligence gathering or related research experience evidence working within teams 2+ years’ experience conducting primary market research studies aptitudes, abilities, skills and personal qualities evidence of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and an understanding or information systems an understanding of the educational environment or similar professional environments a strong sense of corporate commitment to the mission and objectives of the university. being able to manage and organise data with statistical software conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys being able to analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts being able to formulate specific recommendations based on data collected remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ research and research best practices strong communication and presentation skills strong analytical and critical thinking highly detail oriented. excellent at multi-tasking and working under deadlines. how to apply to apply please complete the application form on our official website.only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
