keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and the secondary mortgage markets including government sponsored mortgage funding, mortgage refinancing, mortgage guarantee schemes and other; collaborate with relevant government agencies including, capital market development agency, central depository, central bank, currency exchange, statistics committee and others) to source/exchange the requirement information; prepare clear and useful reports and recommendations for operational use; prepare and updаtеperiodic in-depth research papers (reports) on related topics for publication in social media and corporate page of uzmrc; communicate with management, business leaders, financial officers and market representatives; interpret markets to conclude financial recommendations for management; periodically gather, systematize, analyze and prepare analytical reports on data submitted by banks on refinance operations; assist the head refinance business operations in preparation on a regular basis reports to be submitted to management/supervisory board; assist the head refinance business operations on demand base in communicating with banks on the processes and procedures for refinancing their loans with the company; assist the head refinance business operations on computerization of the mortgage refinance operations; assist in ensuring that the reports as stated in the refinance guide are submitted by the banks in a timely manner. qualifications: degree in banking/economics/finance or equivalent professional qualifications; knowledge of english and russian besides uzbek language minimum at intermediate level; at least 3 years’ working experience in banking or financial services; good knowledge of mortgage finance, working knowledge of the target industry and related markets; firm grasp on the financial decision-making process within the company or organization of employment; experience collecting, interpreting and organizing data; additional certifications such as chartered financial analyst (cfa) are preferred; ability to prepare extensive reports and present findings to management with clear and concise action advice; advanced speaking and report-writing skills for effective communication; attention to details and a commitment to accuracy;
