Completion Lead Engineer

компания "нипигаз" within the handover and completion department, the completion & handover lead engineer is assigned to a particular area of the module fabrication. he/she is responsible for completion/handover monitoring to reach the acceptance of the module fabrication by the client. main responsibilities: the completion and handover department objectives is to bring projects facilities to a status of “end of construction” to a condition of ready for commissioning and ready for start up and accepted by company and local authorities. completion & handover lead engineer compiles step-by-step documented certifications so that the project reaches the client contractual acceptance as working tracking tools, he/she utilizes easyplant database. the completion lead engineer will be responsible to: apply the processing defined in the completion and handover procedure. coordinate the collection and compilation of the handover documents and compile precommissioning and commissioning dossier with the handover clercs. ensure that disciplines are involved to validate easyplant (completion software) data. organize collection in due time of the check sheets and test sheets from sub-contractors in relation with quality control. coordinate the completion process between the sub-contractors and the client. coordinate and compile necessary dossier and documentation to obtain specific permits from local authorities (rtn in particular). consolidate completion reports in coordination with easyplant administrator, disciplines and completion team. support completion coordinator and manager in any additional task. requirements: 5 years+ experience on the multinational projects as a completion engineer; working on major projects for the oil and gas industry, petrochemical industry; higher education; fluency in english (written & spoken); organizational skills, communication skills; ability to work with big data. conditions: 56/21 rotation under 6 day working week (sunday is a day off), 10 hour working day; accommodation and office in belokamenka (50 km from murmansk); competitive salary and compensation of travel expenses; international team on a project on a global construction project; official employment in a subsidiary entity of nipigas; voluntary medical insurance.
