компания "coca-cola hbc russia" responsibilities: contribution to the cross-functional process of obppc driven picture of success development across sales channels based on strategic priorities & annual bp targets, including assortment prioritization, zoning, merchandizing standards for warm and chilled equipment, ensure implementation of picture of success through designing of toolkits for field execution team in cooperation with capability department; relevant tracing & follow-up, leading e2e catman projects with nka customers: regular category reviews, permanent cooperation with category managers, selling the ideas together with key account managers, implementation of the projects and post-analysis, contribution into cross-functional portfolio selling story development process & adjustment to the specific customer needs, building effective collaboration and cross-functional routines with sales & marketing team, participation in team activities, being a category expert for the cross-functional team innovate for growth: development of scalable innovative solutions, based on identified shopper and customer insights; best practices sharing across organization; identifying and quantifying new business opportunities. hard skills & knowledge: assortment analysis & planograms, general category management project management skills customer selling story & presentation, storytelling experience of presenting to senior management business insights - understanding of commercial kbis digital literacy (early adoption of new platforms) fluent english prioritized soft skills: collaboration incl. stakeholders management - strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and implement changes; strong ability to form effective working partnerships across functions and with the customers to deliver results drives impact: drive results with engagement & courage fosters agility: cultivate innovations, manage ambiguity, being resilient experience required: university degree; 3+ years of experience in catman\shopper insights\trade marketing; catman projects with proven success (for external candidates);
